In this brief video, I want to share with you the one thing that you can do regularly. That's going to make a tremendous difference in how sharp your brains becomes now and stays long term. And the major differentiator is that you do new challenging things. These are things that you always have to figure out something new, learn something new. And challenge yourself to get out of your old self, like get out of your comfort zones and solve new challenges. The flip side of that is, you don't want to get into a job or a routine, we're just doing the repetitive things same all that you're just in cruise control, and your brain isn't challenged.
If your brain is not challenged, you're not really using it to two, you're not really really using it to its maximum effect. You're not exercising it and it's going To start to go over, you know, kind of like, bore you know, it gets bored and it just, there's there's nothing, no new challenges for it and you just get yourself into a wall and you don't really don't want that for your brain for your brain you needed to be always looking for and solving new challenges, new puzzles in life, new projects to work on new creative things to do. Keep it challenged and it will stay young and sharp, long term.
