Moving on to foods that enhance your mind and emotions. Firstly, we'll talk about the Aveda. And in the way that it talks about foods in the modern ignorance, passion, and goodness, an easy way to remember this is foods in the mode of ignorance, and oh good for yourself. And it's no good for anybody else. foods in the motor passion, good for yourself, not for anybody else. And foods in the mood of goodness, and good for yourself and everybody else.

So that's a basic understanding of the IV, then the foods and the different groups have a deeper understanding of which foods are in different groups. By all means, do a search online, because you find many different things online websites, which will give you the different food groups and which ones are in each group. But to get back gives you a basic understanding. For example, meat is considered to be in the mode of ignorance because it's not good for you is not good for the animal as in, it's not good for your health as we've spoken about digestive wise, and you're taking on board, the fear of the animals when the animals are going to slaughter, so that is a dead food also. So it's can harbor baton, negative bacteria etc. So when we're ingesting those foods are not good for us.

And obviously it's not good for the animal because the animals lost his life in order to give you that food, foods in the motor passion and maybe things that are stimulating. So they may be good like temporarily but they they may stimulate us and then they may be good for us but not good for other people. And then there's foods that are in the mode of goodness which we take on board which are obvious things like your fruits, your vegetables, etc, which you take on board which are good for you and of course good for other people because they create a nice stable environment internally annexed and for yourself and then that entity And of course helps others. So that's a basic understanding of iron VEDA and the three food groups by all means do a search online to find out more about those. Then we move on now to preparing food and preparing food with love.

Because when we start to prepare food with loving intention, as Dr. emoto says in his studies, that with water that if you give a positive intention to these water than the molecules actually change within the water to become they become like snowflakes, and they become more easily digestible, of course, because if they're lighter, then our body's gonna recognize and better rather than being jagged and dark than the light and the the look in balance as well, where we taken on these foods and obviously they're going to have a much more beneficial effect on our body. So much for providing these foods for me. Now I'm cooking them in the mood of offering them back to you. And then I say thank you, and then I'll take them on board myself. This in itself can make a massive difference on the way to read instead of like cooking in a rush, how many of us get home from work and we're checking things in the frying pan as quickly as we can because we're starving. Instead, we've been more prepared throughout the day, we've had our snacks and we're feeling we're feeling good, we're not too hungry. We're just just right.

And then we're cooking in a nice mood, then we serve it up nicely, we can sit down with our loved ones and eat in a peaceful mood. That's gonna have a massive effect on our digestion, but not only on our digestion on also know, on our mental capacities and our mental and emotional state of health, because that food itself is actually different on an energetic level. But the next best step to that would be eating organically from our local produce. Now, there's a lot of local organic producers, you can go to our local markets and find organic produce there. There's also been grown with left by small business owners, and you will find the difference in that food compared to the food that's been grown in mass production by supermarkets etc. And you can actually taste and smell the difference in these foods. There's something tangible when you grow your own food, which is even better than again, your own energy is going into it. And it's very satisfying that when you've grown something and then you get to eat it, it's you're seeing exactly where your food is coming from no matter where As you get it from you just don't know what that food has gone through in order to get on your plate.

But if you're able to grow your own food, then of course, it's going to, you know, exactly what's happened after, you know, he bought the seeds from, you know, we've got the seeds from, you know, and we've planted it, you know, it's been grown. And then you've been through the whole process. So this can make a massive difference on our foods, and on our health actually. So, you might like many years ago, like my grandparents, always had a greenhouse, they always used to grow tomatoes, carrots, potatoes. They always used to have lots of herbs, I remember they'd be mint always in the garden. Now, even if you're in a flat, you can do that.

You can grow your own herbs. You can have a window boxes with the herb in them, and you can also grow your own sprouts. You can grow sprouts from seeds, lentils and then these foods are highly nutritious, because they got a lot of lifeforce in them because they just just about to sprout into into the plant. And they've got a lot of lifeforce in them. And it's a great, great food to be in. Dr. Brian Clayman says that they're one of the best foods in the planet next to wheatgrass Of course.

Then there's eating foods, which are high, high mineral and fatty acid content, but essential fatty acids not damaged fatty acids, that can have a really positive effect on our health. Lastly, we're going to cover peaceful foods and peaceful foods for the body into the mind, peaceful foods, and herbs.
