So at this stage of the program, as you're moving forward, I would hope that you know, you're waking up and feeling vibrant when you get out of bed in the morning and that you feel really energized after each meal. And if you're not feeling that right now, then it may be a chance to question is there still caffeine or sugar, or processed fat in the diet that's holding you back making your energy a little bit lower than usual. And so everything can be taken in stages. But the key things to have in that vibrant energy in the morning is, you know, making sure you're hydrated and those three factors are checked within the diet. So the sugar, even the so called better sugars out there can create a lowering effect on energy. So check out the sugar, the caffeine, and also processed fat and desire to make use of those three areas.
And if you're still feeling tired in the morning, and I feel you know, really working with this program, we've been doing this The last sort of six to eight weeks. And what I can say is, you know, things get better and better as you continue to commit to it. And to keep that going longer term, you know, thinking about how you can motivate yourself by having new recipes, having new ideas, maybe doing some forums and some people's blogs and have some recipe ideas. There's lots and lots out there now online that you can have gas and have the support from like minded people. And the main thing is that you, you really feel motivated, you feel happy with what you're doing. So you're enjoying the lifestyle you've now Incorporated, and you're starting to really see that benefit month by month.
And that in itself, you know, is motivational because your energy is increasing. And generally you should start to feel like you feel younger and more vibrant than you have done in years when you get this approach into focus. And so this stage, what I'd like you to do is to maybe keep a journal and check in How you feeling after certain foods I eat enough to a certain number of weeks on this program, I just make notes of which foods are the key foods for you. So you may have the top three or top 10 list of what what really works for you the things that really bring you alive that increase energy. And I can certainly say you know, number one on my list is jif sin so when you when I do so when I get the green juices in, it totally transforms my energy within half an hour.
And it's really balanced within the body and within the mind. So I'd want you to think about at this stage, what is working for you what is maybe giving you a medium corrosive effects, and some of the things that really work for me, as I said the g7 also making sure that the the water level is of a high quality, so they drink in an alkaline water meet some lemon. I often find if I'm drinking tap water or poorer quality motor, the energy is lower. So that's an important one for me going on. ganic is also very important, I feel a huge amount of difference between an organic meal compared to a non organic. And if there's not a chance to have organic food then the other option is you know, to really add in fresh herb to bring in superfoods or bring in some structured foods which can really add to the energy of the meal.
So you're thinking about how to enhance each meal of the day, how to really bring in higher quality gems, and anything that's homegrown that seasonal, that's local is going to give you better energy, longer term, and then maybe enhancing a meal with certain supplements. So you know, within a meal you can add in your essential fatty acids for example, if luck so your organic hemp seed oil, you could add some cheer into meat if you're making a dessert. So you're starting to think about you know how to enhance that meal for energy. Some of the things that can be really beneficial chlorophylls spirulina as in smoothies, for example, using wheatgrass, especially fresh sweet grass, so you might, you know, have the same meal breakfast every day, but you could incorporate new superfoods and new supplementation to enhance that meal on a regular basis. So there's always something you can do to enhance what you're eating and what you're drinking.
And they will be very interesting things probably the government that you can use or even locally, thinking about, you know, what's growing around you, such as left as I've mentioned them quite a bit in the program, they can actually be so useful duties and you know, making soup with and also, you know, having, making an apple juice or putting that through the juicer alongside some other vegetables. So that there's some basics you can really do and I think, at this stage, you know, write that journal and notice how you're feeling but also write your top 10 list of your go to when you're feeling low and the first You know, one To be would be your, your your juicing or whatever it is that works for you. I mentioned this juicing for me, but it may be a different combination of things that works for you.
Also to the focus on the mindset at this stage, and often when we're increasingly getting better physically, we can find that emotional health and mental health gets better. But we also may go through a clearing to clean out old patterns, clean out old behaviors. And sometimes those sort of patterns can be holding us back from really reaching ocean potential. And many of us can often feel that we're not used to feeling good. So there may be a transitional time where you might need some support from flower remedies, even counseling, homeopathy, possibly in order to get that support on an emotional level, or speak to a therapist or a given amount natural path. So you've got that sort of combination of balance between them.
Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health, right? Certainly, you know, beneficial things would be meditation, yoga, walking alongside everything that you do with the changes in your lifestyle.
