So when we start to put these nutrients back in, then we can start going back up and then we find that we don't actually want those foods anymore because we start to get a taste for the things which are genuinely good for us and a high nutrient highly nutrient dense. That's why superfoods these days become so popular because superfoods have got so many nutrients in them and when so depleted, and it's a nice it's, of course, it's a match made in heaven, isn't it?
