So moving on now to the foods that creates stress. Firstly, we've talked about animal products. Now animal products can create stress to the digestive system and to us in general, because especially if we're eating meat, or fish, for example, then they tend by nature. So what we tend to advise is for people to aim for things that are life, vibrant, we've got more energy, and then kirlian photography, it shows that meet and anything is dead, for that matter, has got less energy, which makes sense, right? So when we're consuming that food, then obviously we're not getting the energy that we would be getting from things like we spoke about just now sprouts, green foods, juices, etc. So if I had taken on board meat fed exiting and having a low the life diversions of animal products, then I'm usually it goes like that.
So we'll go from red meat to white meat to fish, eggs, to dairy to eggs, and then on to plant based foods. So that's the hierarchy really and it also corresponds with the acidity of those foods. So we're aiming to get more alkaline based foods into our system alkalize the system and then that in itself gives us more energy and vitality. So if we taken on more foods which are acidic by nature, they were putting more stress in the system and we're also asking the system to buffer itself because we need minerals like magnesium and calcium then to have to buffer the system to have to bring the alkalinity back at me acidity back down, then we have to buffer that from our bodies. If we don't have that available within our bodies, and especially these days, we are very de mineralized, then it starts looking, our body starts looking from our bones.
And it's not shocked that like things like born problems been increasing these days because we are stripping our bones from phytonutrients and vector minerals. Because when we are taking these acidic foods and the body stripping, all of our bones ignore these vital minerals that we need. So in order to avoid that, if we keep a nice alkaline environment inside, then the body will leave the bones alone and keep on going as they are because we don't need to strip them of any of the minerals that we need to alkalize for them. So we'll go a little bit further on into that their own meat later on. But that's just a brief introduction and things like dairy for example, they call it a milk For men, especially when they're more generous than pasteurized. So if you are going to eat dairy products, then it's much better to go for the raw versions.
There are quite a lot available online now, which are raw, because they have the good bacteria still in them, they haven't been done, the fats have been damaged from the high heat in process. And it's much easier for the body to recognize and digested. Whereas once it's been modernized and pasteurized, then it's already been damaged, there's less enzymes, and it's much more difficult for a body to digest. And so if we are going for dairy, then we wouldn't be looking to use the raw versions. and preferably, again, if you wouldn't be looking at the ethical reasons, you wouldn't be looking at things like Ahimsa, which means non violence ones where they haven't actually been sent to slaughter after they mean then within that day So what happens with a lot of dairy cows is that after they've been milked, and after they've been used for the dairy, then they've been sent off, off to slaughter.
So there are ethical places out there that milk the cows, and then at the end of their lives, they're allowed to leave the natural, natural life until they die of natural causes. With like a, I believe that natural dairy cows, dairy cows now have a average lifespan of about five years, but naturally, we can grow that to about 15 year olds, you know, so it's nice if we can allow them to have their natural life rather than just working them to death and then literally just slaughtering them straight afterwards. So those are some foods that obviously because the nature with the dairy industry, how it is at the moment, they're using the cows that are So given them a lot of antibiotics and all these things that are coming through into the milk, and there have been some, some studies which have suggested that they have like even pets and things coming through into the milk as well, which we're consuming.
So you have the raw versions, a lot of people are concerned actually about the raw versions, because they feel that there may be more negative bacteria, actually, we promote out in the raw ones, it may be some negative bacterias. But we believe that the positives from a raw man very much outweigh that. And especially if you know where they're coming from, if they're coming from an ethical place where they've been loved and, you know, obviously clean places, well, then you know, as well where there's not gonna be any negative bacteria in them. So it goes back to that thing of getting to know where our food is coming from. And also building the relationship because instantly when, especially in places like India, it's I'm going to pet dog with a pet cow. And every family would have a cow and then build a relationship with a cow.
And the cow would give them milk based on the love that the chemist gives me. So the cow would become a part of the family. And I'm speaking to somebody just recently, a friend of Scott and him said, dairy farm. And he said that one of the dairy cows, I think she's 13, he said, and she hadn't been pregnant for the last three years. But however, she's still overflowing with milk. And he can't understand that even he has tried to stop him and can because he doesn't want to overwork he wants to a lower tab.
And that's, you know, they naturally are live naturally until her death. And but she's telling overflowing with milk for him. So he just counting on and taking that milk because obviously she's given that milk because of all the love and care that he's given to her. So that's how it works. That's how nature works. And that's what that's how anciently it's been Divided friends, however, we've gone into this ball mass thing and trying to turn it into a consumer.
But ninja doesn't work like that, of course. So we need to take care of it, we can still work like that. But we need to really take care of them of the animals. So processed foods, and other foods, which can be very damaging to our health, and they can also be very stressful to our bodies. One of the reasons is that these foods are often prepared in factories, and there's no harm in foods being prepared in the factory. But let's be honest, this some of the factories where these foods are being created.
People just work in that there's not much love going into the food, they just work in there because they're getting paid minimum wage, for example. They just throw in the foods together and even the machine is pulling the foods even worse, it hasn't even got the contact of a human being and then just throw in the Foods together. And they've been processed way before we did them. I would advise this as an ancient texts that we should be dependent on food freshly on a daily basis. If we of course that can't be done all the time, especially with our busy lifestyles, but best you know, we should be having some food like a few I was not no more really than a few hours after it's been prepared. Now, how often is that happening these days, and especially with processed food, sometimes it's even years it's been prepared, and then it's been stuck in a freezer somewhere.
Now the sell by date is maybe a couple of years or even a few years or more. And then maybe we stick it in the microwave. And then we're going to eat that food and SPI how much nutrients and not food and more importantly, what type of energy is that food holding? Because from ancient texts and also from modern day scientists and doctors like Dr. emoto He has proven that when we give intentions to things, then it actually change the molecular structure of the thing. So because he didn't did that with an experiment on walk there, and when you put different names on the water, like he left, for example, on the one with the head, then it'd be jagged and dark. And then on the women love, it was flourish in the news like a snowflake, beautiful colors, beautiful shapes, and then symmetrical.
So likewise, within our body, if you make good food with loving intention, then of course, we're going to be consuming, it's going to be a lot easier to digest. Now with processed foods and may be created like that, and there are a lot of ethical places these days and a lot of health foods, which are made with that intention. However, we don't generally know where processed foods come from. We don't generally know who's made it more than intention is. So we're taking that on board without even knowing so it's better to eliminate the risk To start doing as much as we can, ourselves, even if we can't do it ourselves these days, there's so many alternatives. If we're, if we're busy executives, for example, in city centers that are so many people now which are providing healthy fresh foods to be served to your offices or to your home, which you can eat freshly on a daily basis, so there's no excuse these days, especially if we've got excuse that we're working on time with Jenny who working on the thing, then you should have more money and you'll be able to pay for things like the services and if you can't then just experiment then go into the kitchen and start experiment and making some fresh food.
You'd be surprised how easy it is especially raw foods that were recommended on this program. But also things like mushrooms and onions and garlic which people aren't aware of these days being not so good for health. Think when mushrooms grow in general Mushrooms grow in dark places, damp conditions. So they're not actually taken on board. The full spectrum of light like we're talking about on this program is trying to increase the amount of foods with energy vitality and the light in them detrimentally, so mushrooms grown primarily in the dark, very damp conditions and in the West. In the UK, we've got very damp conditions anyway, so we don't really want to be taken on board more damp foods because that can also increase the dampness within the body, which is not very good.
And actually that can create dampness with the whole system and then start moving into a cold body type. And it's quite it can be difficult to come out of that. So mushrooms, as simple as it may sound, although there are some medicinal mushrooms that we do suggest, and then some medicinal, super superfood mushroom Use, which can be good, like Chaga, for example, that's a very good mushroom that can be used under the direction of an automatic nutritionist or nutritionist and they can be good but when you look in a conventional mushrooms, we don't generally advise them a naturopathic approach for those reasons. And onions and garlic, you may be very surprised to hear that onions and garlic and sutro have well anciently. Again, throughout Eastern texts, they advise not to eat onions and garlic because they can have a poisonous effect in our system and on our organs.
It is a good idea to try and eliminate them from our diet altogether if possible. I know it can be challenging these days but it goes back to the idea of us preparing our own foods. And then also you'll start to realize that you start to get the flavors by All foods because garlic and onions in so many foods is that he said it actually takes away the natural flavors which are in foods and our palate gets used to having that strong astringent flavor. We don't have to add that of course. And although garlic onions can be used temporarily on a short term basis for a killing like bad bacteria, for example, garlic is renowned for it. And it can be used like that.
However, if we use none alone for a long period of time, it also kills the good bacteria as well. So everybody knows these days how important having a good gut flora gut bacteria is. Garlic can actually wipe both good bacteria as well as the bad bacteria along with giving you bad press and not only once bad breath right. And when you especially if you haven't had any garlic for a while, if you do have it. Then like the next morning you wake up in the garden It's a horrible sent an order coming from your breath. So when we need them generally all the time, we don't realize that that's there because we get so used to it that everybody around us actually.
So that's another top tip is actually if we can start to eliminate onions or garlic from our diet, then we can start to get more vitality to my foods because they cause stress and they actually stimulate as well. They've been stimulant, they stimulate the senses. And if we had things like meditation, yoga, they can prevent this from focusing on those things. So that's a top tip that you may not be aware of.
