This concludes this section on crisis communication through this course. Everything else in the course I do believe will help you get better. And times of crisis when you are facing the media. The number one thing I want to leave with you is just don't wait for a crisis to occur before coming up with a plan. And before coming up with a process before coming up with the idea who's going to be your spokesperson. You need to regularly reach out communicate with the media, through social media with your own contacts, customers, clients, prospects, your employees, the trade press that cover you, the general media that cover you, whether it's your location, your city, your region, your industry, there needs to be ongoing relationships, ongoing communication, do that, and I can't guarantee you'll never have a crisis but what I think can guarantee is you'll be much better prepared to get through that crisis with your reputation intact.
