There are a lot of ways of being unproductive in life, you could just stay in bed, pull the sheets over your head and hide all day. Or you could sit watch TV, watch YouTube videos and smoke pot all day play hooky from school, or from work. But there are other ways to in these ways. Sometimes we fool ourselves. You could show up for work, attend meetings, be there, answer emails, but you're kind of sleepwalking. You're not all there.
You're not really initiating, you're just reacting. That's a type of being really unproductive in the long run as well. If you do too many days like that, where you're just showing up. That's unproductive. That's personally unproductive. That's an unproductive life.
For the purposes of this course, I want to define being productive as how you use your time doing the things things you do to create the greatest impact in a positive way, for your business for your career, your livelihood, your personal life, your family and for your joy. That's what we're after how to create the maximum benefit of the time you spend doing things.
