When you're writing email, keep it as short as possible. Now someone needs to know what the concept is I wouldn't just use bullet points. But when people are reading email, it's different than if they're reading an electronic book or electronic white paper or a PDF or reading an actual paper book or a newspaper. People are used to thinking about how do I get in and out 60 seconds or less, sometimes 10 seconds or less. Rather than state 510 2050 paragraphs, maybe it's one quick summary in three sentences. And you might actually need a phone call you might need a face to face meeting.
Now we talked earlier about trying to have as few face to face meetings as possible, but at some point, it is necessary. Really important issues delicate issues sensitive issues are often not dealt with most effectively an email. So keep your emails relatively short and Brief certainly it should take someone less than one minute at normal reading speed to get through it.
