I'm a big fan of electronic reminders. I send out a newsletter to clients, customers, colleagues, prospects, various people who've opted on to my news list over the years. I've done this on Wednesdays, typically, for the last 20 years. We'll get Guess what? I have my Google Calendar, send me a reminder at 7am. Every Wednesday morning, send out a newsletter, when I probably still remember without that electronic reminder, probably, Why leave it up to chance, why not have an extra reminder there, and that way, there's no chance of me forgetting because if I'm on the road, or I'm in the middle of training, it could still get busy.
I still make it happen in part, because I have that reminder, email to me directly. You might not like email, you might want some other system The point is, don't just rely on memory and information. daily habits are in weekly habits. It's always next nice to have that extra little reminder. So do whatever it takes to remind yourself
